To be considered for employment, applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional caregiving experience
  • Current or ability to obtain registration with the California Home Care Aide Registry
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a Live Scan background check
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray as required by California regulations
  • Professional references
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
